No data collection
DevToolBox does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything you type, paste, or upload into any tool is processed entirely within your browser and is never sent to any server. When you close the tab, the data is gone.
Browser-only processing
All tool logic — hashing, encoding, formatting, converting, validating — runs locally using browser APIs. No user input ever leaves your device. This applies to all tools including the Hash Generator, JWT Decoder, and YAML Linter.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as page view counts) to understand which tools are most useful. This does not involve tracking individuals, building user profiles, or sharing data with third parties for advertising purposes. No cookies are set for tracking.
Advertising
DevToolBox may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show relevant ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out via Google's Ad Settings. We do not have access to any data Google collects for this purpose.
Third-party services
DevToolBox does not integrate with any third-party data processors beyond advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share any user data.
